hi to me albert pujos looks like he weight shifts like most other major league power hitters .He rotates his weight backwards in the load postion ,at that point most of his weight is on back foot .when his bat next moves into the lag postion his weight looks even 50.50 between both feet .At the point of contact he extends and firms his front leg which seems to push his hips some what backwards.So it appears to me his weight goes back then foward to balance ,then goes back at contact . he just takes no stride or a very small stride
