Drills for THT...are there any that really work??

Posted by: Dave (NYTino20@aol.com) on Fri Aug 11 05:50:12 2006

I just purchased the Final Arc Second Edition but I am waiting for it to come in the mail. I was just curious if there were any drills that really help with muscle memory in learning top-hand torque. I think if top-hand torque is used correctly it really can increase batspeed. I am 23 years old and been swinging basically my own way since I was a kid. I took off about 4 years from playing and swinging again I go back to my old way because of old bad habits and old muscle memory. I just want to burn in new muscle memory of the correct way to swing a bat. I think it's very important that I do the drills exactly like they are meant to be done because I don't want to do them wrong and then have muscle memory built in to a wrong swing and be worst off then I am now.
