HI adam I belive torque gave you good advice about not drifting foward, and striving to becoming more of a rotational hitter, you also might be jamming your swing by stepping with your front foot across and into home plate .another possibility is you might not have your front foot down on time which would cause you to be late and get jammed other then that i would read all i can on rotational hitting on this site and any other i was able to IT might take a while but you will get it good luck
