Swing: Baseball vs. Softball

I'm new to this board, but where can I find a discussion on the differences between a baseball swing and a softball swing? Is there a big difference? What do you teach differently in softball hitting than baseball. From watching ESPN lately (Youth, College, World Tournament), I cannot find a clear distinction between the two except that slap hitting is used some in softball.
