Most of the pros and instructors I've been around do an extremely poor job teaching, understanding, and communicating hitting. Have seen plenty of good professional fielding, baserunning, and pitching instruction but for some reason there is a total breakdown in hitting instruction. You might learn something with an open mind about hitting.
