HI, I BAT LEFTHANDED AND HOLD MY BAT FAIRLY VERTICAL AND A LITTLE LOWER THAN THE SHOULDER, MY TRIGGER IS A KNEE COCK, AFTER THAT I AM A LITTLE CONFUSED, SHOULD I JUST SWING HARD, THROW THE BAT TO THE BALL, THROW MY HANDS OR WHAT, I MAKE VERY GOOD CONTACT THROWING MY HANDS AND I HIT WITH A LITTLE POWER BUT I AM WONDERING IF THIS IS THE PROPER SWING, ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

Whom Ever,

You should put a name. Hey, you make regular contact and you hit with some power. The mechanics are supposed to let hitters to make regular contact and have some power. The logic is that if you are not using good mechanics you can't make regular contact and you have no power. So, obvioulsy you're doing fine. Go hit 400 and don't get hung up in all the minor details that will mess you up.

If you stop making regular contact and lose your power, come back. I will help you.

Joe A.
