up angle, flat, or down angle for fastpitch softball Posted by: Tom (tmatvey@comcast.net) on Wed Aug 23 09:14:30 2006 Ted Williams advocates a slight upswing for baseball because the trajectory of the ball is slightly downward as it comes in. Would the same apply to fastpitch softball? Is the trajectory of a fastpitch softball the same? Any references to web articles on this?
