Re: brought elbow in, popups

I brought my elbow in to my side like it is suggested here. This did wonders for my batspeed, and it got rid of this strange snap in my wrists near contact.

Scott,

You are not popping up because you are brining your elbow down to you side. Your proably lower your shoulder too. Its proably because your thinking about droping your elbow. try starting out with your elbow down at your side just to get the feel. if you want you can bring it up later.

That should fixe it.
