Hi Jack,

When I posted the thread Hank's transfer mechanics, I mentioned there was much talk about weight shift vs rotation. I also pointed out that Hank might shine some light on transfer mechanics, considering through most of his career he was a rotational lunger of some sort. At the time there was a very good thread (threads) on the upperbody before the weight shift and rotation outbreak.

Here's the thread, I think there was another good one I read prior to posting Hank.
