>ray.....from what i can see, a-rod has his front shoulder slightly ointed to the ground during stride and by time he finishes swing his spine his vertical.....he looks a lot like textbook charley lau sr, hitting over front foot....from what i can see, he is not "keeping weight back", but that is why i asked the question in the first place as to what "keeping the weight back" really means.....but he seems to meet jack's criteria for a good swing.....back to center, bent front leg, rotation around a stationary axis..respectfully, grc.......
