Hitting partly flat basketballs off a tee will also help like a bag. It helps the hitter develope a power all the way thru the swing feel. Use only the lower bigger tube of the tee, the balls being partly flat so it has a good flat spot on one side will sit on the bottom bigger tube of the tee.
