Not to say your wrong FJ .. But I can throw a ball from a distance of 60' that doesnt drop from point to point and will actually rise or curve from the outside forces being applied to the ball ... Now if I exceed that 60' .. when the gravity pull , exceeds the outside force being applied ( That little jet engine propelling the ball) is less than the gravational pull ... I have no doubt that ball is going to drop.

Im not sure if im misunderstanding you or not ... Are you saying that a ball shot out of a cannon from a distance of 55' is going to drop 2' before it hits its target?
