Hello, This is the best site for baseball that Ive ever been on. Its hard to take in all the info. at one time. We have a lot of batting ideas that need to be frogotten and new ones to learn. My Dad played ball in the minors way back when. I want to know what he means when he says The longer the bat stays on the ball the better. Can you keep the bat on the ball longer with the right follow through?
