Hey SteveT.,

I think you make a good point about the difference between what happens in a good swing and what you can instruct in a good swing. I rather suspect it is just such confusion that leads many coaches to teach a "wristy" swing -- they see the wrist rotation taking place so rapidly, they incorrectly assume a/the key to bat speed is a conscious effort to speed them up. I think Jack is right on with regard to "quick hands."
