Hi Jack. onyou tube mr batspeed .com channel no hook in the hand path once the problem with the front elbow has been diagonised what can the batter do to correct his problem? drills?more tht? also it appears to me the back elbow is starting to out run his hands even before his front elbow has straighted out am I correct?
