I agree with the 90 degree L (although the angle may be more like 95 or 100 degrees).

I'm not sure what you mean in terms of (2) or (3), or why it's important, so I'm not sure if I agree or not.

I will say that Pujols' back thigh looks pretty much vertical at the point of contact.
