Hello Dillion> I think the drills on the heavy bag that jack mankin teaches in his video the final arc 2 are the best way to teach your brother rotational hitting mechanics .once you really understand the drills and there purpose you can teach them to your brother .I have to rewiew the tape often and write in to ask question so Ican understand rotational hitting myself
