Hi,

Hitters on hitting is basically a remake of TLC'S (learning channel), The science of hitting. The use some of the same footage (most?).

Nothing to great, not enough highlights (which usually makes MLB videos good).

The DVD has footage of many HR derby's as an extra, 1986 (?) to present.

Basically if you've seen the TLC special on hitting, it's better than this video.
