Re: Squish the Bug

Hi Brian,
Starting with rotation, How do hitter's squish the bug? Also explain to me how you explain to your hitter's to use your shoulders to rotate. It's your torso (core) that really rotates. If you try to rotate your shoulders first, your hips do nothing but stay back. This also leads to keeping your weight back to long, not getting your energy into the baseball. Squishing the bug can cause your back-side to collapse, this then does not let your hips rotate. I am open to suggestion. Let me know the idea you are giving your hitters. And explain to me your ideas about rotation.

Jonny
