wow you guys have all been very helpful...my sessions at the
cage are getting better and better and even my buddy noticed my
improvment the last time we hit the cages...ok why is it important
to hit off a strait front leg??? and does it have to be strait all the
way untill the end of the swing?? thanks Rich...
