my daughter will turn 8 in april. she played fall fastpitch softball for the first time. not really knowing about all the different bats, i found a demarini reactor 26/17 cheap. she did pretty good for her first time, but i noticed the swings getting slower as the season went on. i want to get her a bat before the spring. would something like a 27/14 be better for her?
