Inward Turn

Posted by: Jeff () on Sat Oct 13 00:49:02 2001

I use a batting stance like Edmonds, where i dont take a stride, i was wondering how far i should wind up, i remembered your post about George Brett wrapping his bat pointing toward the shortstop, i tried it and i couldn't get to the inside pitch, so how far is too far to wind up as in shoulders and hips in the inward turn. I hate whenever I get jammed cause my coach will be telling me i need to bend my lead arm and extend into the ball,it seems like whenever i have a bad at bat they will blame it on the lead arm, do u have any Advice Jack
