Softball verses baseball swing

The only thing that is different in softball and baseball is that the distance from the mound is shorter and the ball is larger and coming underhand....you still maximize your strength by reaching certain angles in your rotational swing. The mechanics are pretty much the same...if the girl has issues with catching up to the pitch, she just needs to start her load and stride a little earlier...

I used to hit off a division one All-Conference college softball pitcher for fun and it wasnt too difficult. I think one of the balls I hit still hasnt landed yet...
