Re: stop spinning

"How can I stop "spinning" on my back foot? By "spinning", I mean turning on the back foot (or squishing the bug), instead of just getting on top of the toe and not really spinning on it. Please help! Thanks!!"

I believe that to get to the correct position, you have to be pulled onto your back toe with your hips, rather than pushed onto it with your back foot. That means that you have to lead/drive your swing with your hips. That will pull your shoulders around and pull you onto your back toe.
