Do you ever teach these mechanics to major leaguers, or have u ever thought about being a hitting instructor for some pro team, the last few months i have been working on your mechanics and i am hitting the ball a lot harder, and also i was wondering why Charley Lau on his website says pulling knob toward the ball increases power, isn't that the dumb crack and the whip thing. Thanks

Whether you like Lau's theories or not, he DOES TEACH MAJOR LEAGUERS!!!! Also, it's easy to find someone else to interpret Lau's philosophy, but if you are REALLY interested in why he teaches knob to the ball, why don't you ask HIM (Lau Jr.)?

Charlie Lau Jr has posted here in the past. He has, thankfully, discontinued this practice. He offered little in terms of concrete content and lots of argumentative self-promotion. You didn't miss much.
