Questions for Jack on Swing Plain

Posted by: tarheel08 () on Mon Jan 8 19:14:20 2007

One of my main problems converting to rotational mechanics is that i have a habit of using a little too much THT and maybe lowering my back elbow and bat head too much which gives me an upper cut and bad swing plain. I notice Bonds and most other great hitters have a tight CHP and a downward circular swing plain. Are there any drills that you could share that help promote a good swing plain? Or should i focus more on my initial launch position? Any help would be great.
