Team Batting Practice

Posted by: Dave (lvrattlers@gmail.com) on Tue Jan 30 08:49:32 2007

I am interested to see what others do when training a team.

For practice, we attend the local indoor batting cage and rent two tunnels for an hour. We divide the team in two groups and hit away.

How can we better work with these players? Is there a program that you follow such as "working on the hands" the first round and the "hit the ball the other way" the second round?

When MLB players hit BP do they follow a specific routine?

Thanks,
Dave
