shoulders & inward turn

Posted by: mike (yanks4321@aol.com) on Mon Feb 19 08:18:19 2007

I have heard that in your stance, your shoulders are fine if their even, but better if the back shoulder is slightly higher than the front shoulder. And I have heard that the front shoulder should NEVER be higher than the back shoulder. (Im guessing that if your front was higher than the back, it would be because it was on accident, not on purpose because that would seem a little weird to me) Any comments? Thanks!! Keep up the good work guys.

How important is it to make sure you get that inward turn in your load? Is this what gives you power? Because after the inward turn, when you begin to bring your front foot down, you should be turning your hips out then right? And this is what lets your hips go first, followed by the hands? Please reply. Thanks alot guys!!!
