Teacherman stated the following in another post below.

“Of course, you don't understand that because you believe shoulder rotation is powering the swing. As long as you believe that you will not understand the high level pattern.”

So, keep in mind when you read his analysis, that he believes hitters resist shoulder rotation and use the arms and hips to power the swing. -- I explained to him that the bat-hands-wrist-arms are linked to the shoulders – not at the hips. When I asked him how the energy of the rotating hips could reach the bat without the shoulders rotating, I received no reply.
