Hi Jimmy

I am not trying to speak for Chris but i believe what he is trying to convey is that the pitchers throwing arm should not move(other than movement which is caused by the shoulders and hip rotation) before the shoulders have completed their rotation. In other words the body throws the arm. Premature movement by the arm would be improper mechanics. Just like in hitting if the arms move prior to contact this would also be improper mechanics.
