Pulling everything

Recently, I went to the batting cages and discovered that I am pulling everything (I'm a left-handed hitter). Am I using too light a bat? Or am I just striding a little too early and then swinging a little too early? I feel kind of like a 2000's version of Ted Williams, because I simply can't hit the ball the other way. What do you think is wrong?
