Absolute nonsense. The hands stay put in a high level swing. They appear to displace because the hips are opening and the center is moving forward.

If you are serious about this, check out Jack's tapes. Then take about 10,000 swings, each videotaped. Find out what blurs the barrel in frame one. Forget Dusty Baker. Nothing he says will blur the barrel in frame one.
