inward turn

Jack Mankin,
i have two problems, first when i lift my front foot to inward turn, my head seems to turn with my shoulders. Second, when i stride my lead arm straightens out before i even start to accelerate my swing. there fore this is causing my front shoulder at the start of the swing to go up instead of around. Can you tell me what is causing these problems and how to solve them
