I'm right handed and play slowpitch softball. I used to pull the ball with a little power but now I find my stroke is up the middle or rightcenter field. One thing I find is my timing between my front foot and my swing is horrible. I sometimes feel my hips open and "pop" and it shows in my hit. But then other times, as I'm swinging I can tell I'm not extending my arms or generating any bat speed. Are there any tips you can give me? I feel I need a timing trigger to start my swing.
