that's exactly it, the rear elbow tucked in & grazing the ribcage up to lag position....at blastsystem.com (assuming the site still exists) coach schwenke (spelling?), ex-coach of LSU describes it pretty good....i have their book and video & the stuff on lag position & elbow in the slot gets a lot more treatment (and deservedly so) than any other source.....
