I am 28 and I still play competitive baseball. I
have always been a "good contact" but "no
power" hitter. I am desperately trying to put
some power together this season. I went to
this site a few weeks ago and read the
theories - then I tried them in the batting cage.
Although I believe I need more practice, I have
noticed that there seems to be a bit more pop.
More importantly, I seem to be at or even
ahead of the ball instead of reacting to it and
hitting opposite field.

I will continue to practice and I will let you
know.

Chris
