Which bat should we get?

My team has 3x 34/28 bat and some heavy-hitter are complaining they can't hit it out of the field because of the bat, so we are going to get a new bat. This is a co-ed team so girls are in it too.

I don't know if we should go for 34/30 to increase the maximum potential, or go for 34/27 to increase the bat speed, or stay with 34/28. What is your opinion and your experience on this? Thanks.
