Re: back foot finish

Posted by: Chris O'Leary (chris@chrisoleary.com) on Mon May 14 07:33:16 2007

"can somebody please answer how the back foot should finish on the swing. is it a.) rotated on the ball of your foot, b.) on your toe, or c.) does it matter. thanks."

It doesn't matter that much. What matters is what the foot is doing at the point of contact, since that is a reflection of what the hips are doing through the point of contact.

At the point of contact, most pros are on their back toes. As they finish their swing, most pros squish the bug.
