does any one have drills to do to gain batspeed?
One of the best things you can do is get on a weight training program. Concentrate on the core muscles (thighs, hips, back, abdominals). That's your primary source of rotational speed.
This in conjunction with the heavy/light swings described in
the 1/26 post should help you.
