I know fingers, hands, wrists, and forearms are the most important thing to hitting. what are good things to get ur fingers, hands, wrists, and forearms to help u get stronger and quicker hands?

Now he is Small, Quick, and Hits for average just like before, only now he hits for power too. More power than kids on his same team who outweigh him by 50 pounds and are a good 6-7 inches taller.
