I went 0-5 in the first game of the year. What should I do?

i had my first game yesterday and i went 0-5 at the plate, but i had the best game ever behind the plate at catcher. i didnt have any past balls and i threw out 2 out of 3 runners. I am really disapointed about my game at the plate, going 0-5 without even getting my bat on the ball one solid time. i grounded out 3 times, K'd one time, and was called out on a bunt for stepping out of the batters box. I am really disapointed, and i was wondering if somebody could help me with what i should do after such a bad game the first game of the season. Thanks.
