If you truly are hitting it great in the cage and not in the game, my guess is you are getting into a rhythm during the batting cage session, but not in the game. When you first start swinging in the batting cage, does it take you a few swings to start hitting the ball hard? If so, find a way to get in a rhythm before your turn comes up in the game. Also, if you are relaxed and confident in the cage, but trying too hard in the game, that will really mess up your swing.
