Re: Re: batting stroke training aids/devices

I am new to the discussion board and have the following question concerning devices such as the "instructo swing and "shortstroke trainer", or others. Do any of them work? Several girls on our 13-15 year olds Debs team (including my daughter)have swing problems that need work and I was wondering what the group's experience is or thoughts are these aids. Thank you and have a great day.

Personally , I think they just teach a batter to swing down at the ball and a major cause of alot of slow grounders with backspin .. But thats just "my" opinion from what I have saw from those that use it regular ...

The best devices that I have used are Jacks Punching Bag as well as the Batting tee set at various locations..
