I play travel ball on a USSSA team. Everytime I am at the plate, i lunge, therefore I am not able to hit the ball hard or drive the ball. Sometimes I do drive and hit the ball hard. Pure luck because the pitch is down the plate. Help? Please. Any advice/drills would be appreciated.
