I used the pool so i could get instant feedback on "when during the swing by bathead contacts the pool, since using top hand torque creates a wider arc it obviously hits the water at a different location "farther back" than only using bottom hand torque. and also i think it helps the batter understand the push pull effect of the hands once the bathead hits the water".
