slow pitch softball swing

Posted by: Shem (sbare@sturnerandklein.com) on Tue May 14 15:53:54 2002

Let me start off by saying that I have visited your site before and have found the info to be a great benefit to my game.I'm having a problem transfering my baseball swing to my slow pitch softball game.I'm 6'1" 175lbs and left handed. I typically hit for more power lower in the strike zone. Because of the angle of the ball entering the zone in slow pitch I have to swing at a slighly higher level to make the type of contact that I desire. I have been working with the rotational theory and incorporating my hips/body into the swing. Any thoughts as to how I can produce more power at a higher swing plane?
