I couldn't have said any better than Chris did, Just eliminate the stride. I now think that there's too much use of drills with all kinds of devices needed. Not that there's nolt room for any of it, it's just gotten too much in my opinion. Again, just eliminate the stride..and maybe not have the need for boards or planks or, whatever it may be.
