I play on a travel team in CA and I'm 14. I don't hit the outside pitch well AT ALL. So, I look for the inside pitch and when I get it I try to rake it. I have to swing as hard as I can to hit through the ball. So when I get the inside pitch, my front shoulder opens and I can't hit it hard. Any drills or advice to help me hit the outside pitch and keep my front shoulder closed.
