Seeing the ball

I'm having alot of trouble hitting the ball. I can't seem to tell how low or high the pitch is. I can't even tell if it's inside or outside. I feel like I'm hitting blind. It's frustrating me and I don't know how to fix the problem. If anyone knows of how I can fix it or even help it a little I will appreciate it a whoe lot. Thanks.
