Pulling the ball

I always push the ball to right field as a right handed batter. This is good, because weak players are over there, but now some teams have me scouted well and shift everyone to that side. Whenever I try to pull the ball, I hit a weak grounder to third base or shortstop. What are some tips on how to pull the ball?
